Located on 1555 S Coast Hwy, Oceanside, Sea Hive Marketplace is home to various small, local businesses, allowing them to sell and showcase their goods in their large 13,000 square feet! From jewelry to records to clothing and home decor, the Sea Hive offers a wide array of antiques waiting to be found. In my thrifting experiences, I found amazing paintings and beautiful handmade bags. As well, the employees are always so kind and welcoming, lending a helping hand if you need to find anything specific in mind. So if you are in the area, make sure to stop by! They are open from 10:30 to 6:00 on any day of the week!

Our next thrift store to check out is Captain’s Helm! Also located on Coast Hwy, this vintage store is a great place to discover especially unique finds! Many of their clothes come from their awesome selling and trading feature, where you can come in and make some money from donating your clothing! As well, they also offer the availability to purchase items online if you can’t make it in person. As for my experience shopping there, I found a great pair of vintage loafers that have become an everyday staple in my wardrobe. So if you are interested in supporting them, stop by 10:00-6:00 any day of the week or purchase a gift card for a friend or family member who loves thrifting!

Other great thrift stores within walking distance of both of these options are Kit N Caboodle or the Veterans Thrift Store, so make sure to check them out too for some amazing and affordable items!
